The Best Antioxidants for Sensitive Skin

4. InstaNatural Vitamin C Moisturizer

InstaNatural Vitamin C Moisturizer I love using this moisturizer in the mornings – it hydrates without being too heavy. The vitamin C brightens my complexion while the hyaluronic acid, aloe, and sea buckthorn provide soothing antioxidants. It’s affordable too!

5. La Roche-Posay Redermic R Eyes

La Roche Posay Eye Cream This eye cream is pricey but worth it! It contains pure vitamin C to treat dark circles and crow’s feet. The formula is fragrance-free and made for sensitive eyes. I dab it on morning and night for brighter, smoother under eyes.

6. Aveeno Calm + Restore Oat Gel Moisturizer

Aveeno Oat Gel Moisturizer

This lightweight gel moisturizer is perfect for daytime use, even under makeup. The oat extract calms sensitive skin while antioxidants like vitamin E protect against environmental aggressors. It’s fragrance-free too.

How to Use Antioxidants for Sensitive Skin

Here are some tips for incorporating antioxidants into your routine:

  • Start slow – try one new product at a time to see how your skin reacts
  • Apply antioxidant serums before moisturizer at night
  • Use antioxidant moisturizers and creams during the day
  • Always wear SPF in the mornings
  • Look for calming ingredients like oats, green tea, aloe, and niacinamide
  • Avoid irritants like added fragrance and essential oils

Be patient – it can take weeks to see the full effects. But antioxidants can really help strengthen sensitive skin over time!
